Custom Fabric Ordering Process
Dear Valued Client, Thank you for choosing our custom fabric service! To ensure a smooth process, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Submit Original Sample / Technical Requirements
Please send us your physical fabric sample (or a reference sample) along with the following details:
- Fiber content (e.g., cotton, polyester, blend, etc.)
- Weight (GSM), width (e.g., 150cm)
- Special finishes (dyeing, printing, waterproofing, etc.)
- Other specifications (stretch, flame resistance, etc.)
Note: If no physical sample is available, detailed technical documents or design sketches are required.


Step 2: Confirm Sampling Request & Pay Sampling Fee
- We will evaluate feasibility and provide a quote within 1-3 business days
- Sampling fee payment is required upfront ( deductible from bulk order payment ).
Step 3: Sampling & Approval
- Sampling lead time: Typically 5-15 days (depending on complexity).
- We will send 1-3 yards (meters) for your testing (colorfastness, hand feel, etc.).
- Revisions: Up to 2 free adjustments if needed (additional modifications may incur charges).
Step 4: Sign Contract & Pay Deposit
After sample approval, a formal contract will be issued with:
- Part of total order value.
- Confirmed delivery timeline, quality standards, and payment terms.
Step 5: Bulk Production & Follow-Up
- Production lead time: 15-30 days (varies by quantity and complexity).
- We provide regular updates and can arrange third-party inspections (optional).
Step 6: Final Payment & Shipment
- Remaining balance must be paid before shipment.
- We arrange logistics (you may specify a freight forwarder or use our service).
